I am wasting my time last 3 hrs due to my father operation ,I am waiting for his turn , there are so many would be doing same , I think If there is need to make any structure which can give that sort of persons can do volunteering or  paid hours work so we can generate money or we can serve others socially , otherwise world need to give us the PHD degree in wasting time.
