Soul Tease

My soul is alive
I'm full of Youth

Life is beautiful 
colorful and vibrant too

But inside I know
I'm nothing but dead
Mortal joys, are my bread

everyday is a battle
resulting in a loss

everyday I weaken
as my soul rots

My conscience watches all
Yet remain tongue-tied

It wishes to purify me
with the just Soul and it has Tease

عُمر کے اس حصے میں آکر شائد میری طرح سب کو یہ احساس ہوتا ہے کہ  مخالف جنس کا شخص اس سے محبت کا بے ساختہ اور کُھل کے اقرار کرے  اسکے لیئے ضروری نہیں وہ اس سے شادی کرنے کا یا کرنے کی خواہش مند  ہو،یا اگر ہو یا شادی شدہ بھی ہو تو لیکن کُھل کر اقرار کر کے شائد اس عُمر میں  سُننا زیاد ہ اچھا لگتا ہے کیونکہ زندگی کی گرد،تکلیف و درد کم ہوتا ہے اور  کھلکھلا کے ہنسنے کا موقع ملتا ہے۔کبھی کچھ خواہشات صر ف بار بار کی  خاموشی سے سمجھنے کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے اور بعض وقت صرف کافی کے  کپ کے ساتھ ہلکے سے ہاتھ کو ہاتھ کے لمس سے لگانے کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے۔ یہ ایک خوبصورت وقت ہوتا ہے جسکا گماں جو صدیوں پر محیط لگتا ہے۔ (حقیقت ِزندگی کے رنگ) تحریر(:محسن علی)
