After a very long journey in Pakistan, 1st
election commission made non-controversial in start when election commission
announce every one trust on that election commission for free and fair
elections in Pakistan but matter of fact when “Hype Creator” Dr.Tahir-ul-Qadri came and raise the
objection on Election commission so everyone was made joke on him, but when he
went to Canada and back to Pakistan then every once starting pin point to
Election Commission but fact is that both major parties elect a Chief Election
Commission most respectable person but the other posts of election commission
they appointed on political bases that’s why we can see when care taker government
came so there was no objection from any side but last day care taker federal
home minister give the remarks on PML N president Nawaz Sharif so fingers raise
from all the side , actually our politicians who do politics in our country
they hardly built consensus on anything , and they awake so late due to lots of
Martial law’s after 60 years finally our
politicians agree on no more martial law
, first they create problems and then try to solve it , actually they never
calculate the basic problem and then political problem they mixed all the
problems in one box and try to solve one .
Now when we entering towards new election so Judiciary give strange sort of decisions where Judiciary gave decision on Jamshed Dasti Fake Degree , that he can resign and take contest in election so that time Muzzafargarh Public give votes and according to new amendment degree is not necessary so ,He was legal member in assembly but court take his case again and give another decision for him that he can’t contest in elections but the other side the world famous Asgher Khan case Supreme court give the orders to the federal government investigate and take punish to those who were involve so many big names was in that case but before elections Judiciary is quite on it .Even in FBR report which’s available on internet where Nawaz Sharif made NTN number in 1995 but His, business work in Pakistan in 1980’s era but Election commission passed His documents for elections which seem judiciary decisions bios, and Chief Justice of Pakistan said “Returning officers are part of Judiciary” which shows judiciary support PML N , somehow or otherwise , If Ayaz Meer nomination paper cancelled due to his two columns about Ideology of Pakistan but matter of fact is that so many Secular ,Liberal and Right side people have own description of Ideology of Pakistan , in our Academic and Constitute Ideology of Pakistan not mention properly .The other story Former President General Pervaiz Musharraf papers rejects from three seats but from Chitral His nomination form accept which shows judiciary returning officer not full fill their oath .
Elections is on 11th May but the two major stake holders in Sindh and one in Punjab clearly said parties need more time for elections, and there is no exercise shows in media and on roads regarding elections
in this sort of security threat where last day and today rocket fire in Peshawar and bomb blast can happen anywhere but positive sign is that so many Baluchistan “Nationalist” parties participate in this election but the news in Islamabad and Karachi every second person still don’t believe that election can be happen
“There is the will there is a way” hope elections would happen in best way .
