As I know about this there is shelter tax which govt take by from every shop of the market after eleven month of the year and CDGk also collect various taxes in various departments in local bodies of CDGK , If National assembly pass a resolution for local bodies and total of every depart tax which CDGK or any other CDG take from the various department.The Federal Govt take 33% of that total tax of every depart but strengthen for their province education and can help federal govt departments when ever a new CDG take over so 1st start to create re-search,Hospital Health awareness campaigns and Cultural & Arts related program in every area of Karachi the councils and mayors responsible if any sort of negligence happen the city mayor should have power if in 2 years of CDG don't expense their funds 51% in their areas so Councilor and mayor of that area would be change by re-elections in council and area mayor levels and part of political parties offices should for law& justice and their co-parties body would exist as assist watch dogs for Police and in their responsibility any one whose they think doubtful person so complain in Police and every one whose changing their residence must need to submit their Family's NIC number in Police and NOC from their last residential place due to that aspect  crime rate would also control . The Islamic Political Parties whose USE holy names in their flags so they responsible for their flags if any flag or their literature would see on grounds so that area party union office should be seal for one week and new union office workers can hold this office and submit their NIC number with their parties letter  , If any one found guilty  so that person can't take enter in Politics for next Ten years banned on him/her.

The Masajid's Imams and Mouzin appoint in any Masjid so about his home and their detail would submit in Union offices of Political parties , also Islamic political parties & Also their data in Police stations and Federal Govt send the material for the Speeches their should be no hatred material on loud speaker.If any Masjid Management proved the guilty so their would be legal action  so Provincial government take step on it if provincial govt don't take action so federal

Government take action against  on federal and CDG govt management .In all Police station their is must need to collect all the data and keep update their data on weekly basis and provincial govt look after this matter.City Courts and High Courts have time barred for any case to solve any case , If there is any Judge did any wrong decision so their is punishment for him and City Courts according to CDG govt and for high Courts Provincial govt look after this matter.

Additional in that same resolution ,passport available for those who did social work at-least 6 class to their 18 year minimum two hundred voluntary hours should be required also on their Certificate NGo Registration name mention due to this law forces can easily track the records of UN-register NGo and their is time for temporary registration after seeking their last three month performance and after 2 years permanently registration process after seeking the NGo's performance.

Due to that reason a healthy society would develop in country.If we need change we want peace if our Government serious with their Nation so these action must need required like civilized country did and get fruit and they are success. If this sort of law snot made by next two or three government so a bloody civil war can happen in Our country and parliamentarian would be responsible for it then a big blood shed can happen ...before nation awake for country and Politicians sake that's necessary further ready for any sort of destruction..where no one would be save ..
